No. Nelo is a membership that gives you prices negotiated by a large group with participating providers. You pay the office directly.
Where are you starting?
In Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach.
Do I need insurance to join?
No. You don't need insurance or an employer.
I already have insurance. Is this for me?
It could be. Use Nelo for everyday visits, the ones your deductible eats up first, and keep insurance for the big things.
